Standard Overnight

For West Coast states (CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, AK, UT), Standard Overnight delivers by 4:30 PM for business addresses and by 8:00 PM for residential addresses (in most areas) the next day. For Mid-West and East Coast states (all other states), delivery is by 4:30 PM for business and 8:00 PM for residential (most areas) in two days. Example: If shipped on Monday with Standard Overnight: West Coast orders arrive by end of day Tuesday. Mid-West and East Coast orders arrive by end of day Wednesday. Please note: Tuesday arrival is not available for Mid-West and East Coast shipments due to transit times.

	Priority Overnight
	For West Coast states (CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, AK, UT), Priority Overnight delivers by 10:30 AM (most areas) the next day. For Mid-West and East Coast states, Priority Overnight delivers by 10:30 AM (most areas) in two days.

Saturday Delivery

Shipments delivered via FedEx or UPS for Saturday delivery are costly.  Typically, we charge an addition $20 more than the standard shipping cost ($10 for Priority Overnight and $10 for Saturday Delivery.) We highly recommend you requesting Friday for delivery instead of Saturday. We highly recommend you requesting Thursday or Friday for delivery instead of Saturday, unless it is a last minute booking.

FedEx Shipping Days Closed
FedEx shipping is closed on Sundays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Rider Clause
We highly recommend you select the “Release Signature” box to ensure you receive your shipment on the specified date.  If this box is not checked, the FedEx driver will not leave your package (if your door is unanswered) and may return it to the office to sit there until the next day.  There are risks, however, for choosing to accept the “Release Signature.” We cannot trace who accepted your box and there is a real chance of theft.  Please use your discretion; we will not be responsible for delivery acceptance.

Courier Delays
The Hawaiian Lei Company is committed to shipping your leis out in time for your arrival date when orders are placed properly and well in advance. This is why selecting an arrival buffer day is important. However, we are not responsible for shipment delays caused by severe weather or courier service issues beyond our control. Refunds are not available for such delays, but as a courtesy to our customers, we will file a claim on your behalf to pursue reimbursement of shipping costs, please note this is not guaranteed by FedEx or UPS.
